Mental Health Assessments

Our clinicians conduct a comprehensive initial assessment to understand our clients at a deeper level and direct them to services that most appropriately suit their needs.

Doctor and Patient
Partial Hospitalization Programming (PHP)

This extra mental health support offers a minimally-restrictive environment that encompasses group, individual, family and/or couples therapy. Programming involves group therapy 4 hours/day, 5 days per week, and can serve as a midground option for clients stepping down from inpatient care. When in PHP, clients see a psychiatrist at a minimum of twice weekly.

Psychotherapy
Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP)

A step-down level of care for clients to transition back to work or school, this program provides structure and support while clients practice enhanced coping skills. It includes at least 3 hours per day/3 days per week for adults and 4 hours per day/5 days per week for children. In addition, it includes individual therapy and family/couples therapy, as needed. When in IOP, clients see the psychiatrist a minimum of once per week.

Support Group Meeting
Outpatient Therapy

In individual, couples, or family counseling, we provide a forum for exploring broad and daily issues, fears, and struggles. Our clinicians utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), talk, and expressive therapies to help clients overcome setbacks, gain control, and build coping skills.
